Ottolenghi began in a small deli on Notting Hill's Ledbury Road in 2002. From there, we've developed a style of cooking and hospitality rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, that also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world. Our commitment to the championing of vegetables & unusual ingredients, has led to what some call The Ottolenghi effect- a shorthand for the creation of a meal full of colour, flavour and joy. Ottolenghi is a renowned group of restaurants and delis known for its vibrant, creative dishes and exceptional hospitality. We’re now looking for an experienced and passionate Chef de Partie to join our team at Ottolenghi Hampstead. This is a fantastic opportunity to take ownership of your section, contribute to menu development, and help deliver the Ottolenghi experience in one of our much-loved neighbourhood restaurants.As a Chef de Partie at Ottolenghi Hampstead, you will take charge of your section in the kitchen, ensuring every dish is prepared and presented to the highest standard. You’ll work with fresh, seasonal ingredients and support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in developing creative menus.
