From there, we've developed a style of cooking and hospitality rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, that also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world. Our commitment to the championing of vegetables & unusual ingredients, has led to what some call The Ottolenghi effect- a shorthand for the creation of a meal full of colour, flavour and joy. We’re looking for a Site Catering Manager &amp; Office Support to join our team at Ottolenghi Richmond. This role is perfect for someone with strong organisational skills, a passion for hospitality, and the drive to build relationships and deliver seamless catering experiences.As the point of contact for site-based catering, you’ll be responsible for sales, planning, and smooth execution, ensuring our catering offering reflects the quality and creativity Ottolenghi is known for. You’ll also provide key administrative support, helping the site run efficiently day to day.What you’ll do:<ul><li>Drive catering sales by building relationships with local businesses, venues, and repeat clients</li><li>Manage catering enquiries and deliver events to the highest standard</li><li>Liaise with suppliers, FOH, and BOH teams to ensure smooth planning and execution</li><li>Maintain and update menus and labels across Deliveroo, Slerp, and Catersoft</li><li>Handle catering administration, including invoices, payments, dietaries, and allergens</li><li>Support daily site admin, including cash-up procedures, banking, and expense processing</li><li>Take part in weekly sales and catering meetings with the Catering Manager</li></ul>What we’re looking for:<ul><li>Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle sales, event planning, and admin</li><li>Experience in catering, hospitality, or event coordination</li><li>Confidence in managing budgets, financial processes, and reporting</li><li>Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, proactive approach</li><li>A genuine passion for food, hospitality, and building client relationships</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Competitive pay and benefits package</li><li>30 days’ holiday including bank holidays</li><li>Delicious Ottolenghi meals on shift and generous staff discounts</li><li>Health and well-being support, including healthcare plan and a cycle to work scheme</li><li>Career development opportunities, with access to workshops, coaching, and training</li><li>A supportive, creative working environment that values individuality and growth</li></ul>If you’re ready to take on a varied role that combines catering sales, event management, and office support, all while being part of the Ottolenghi family, we’d love to hear from you
