As a Shop Assistant at Ottolenghi Spitalfields, you will:

Welcome and engage with customers, offering attentive and knowledgeable service.
Assist guests with selecting products from our freshly prepared food, baked goods, and pantry range.
Maintain a beautifully presented shop floor, keeping displays well-stocked and inviting.
Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the till.
Provide information about Ottolenghi’s products and offer thoughtful recommendations.
Support colleagues in maintaining a clean, organised, and welcoming shop environment.

The ideal Shop Assistant will be:

Passionate about food, hospitality, and creating memorable customer experiences.
Friendly, approachable, and confident in engaging with a diverse range of guests.
Experienced in retail, hospitality, or customer service (though full training will be provided).
Detail-oriented, with a strong sense of presentation and pride in their work.
A proactive team player who thrives in a busy environment.
