The Ideal Candidate:
- A passionate and skilled pastry chef with strong experience in professional kitchens, preferably within fine-dining or pastry-centric environments
- Adept at crafting a diverse range of pastries, cakes, and desserts with an emphasis on creativity, seasonality, and exceptional presentation
- Confident in managing your pastry section, maintaining impeccable standards of quality and consistency
- Well-versed in all stages of pastry production, from preparation through service, thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Committed to supporting, mentoring, and inspiring junior pastry team members
