Ottolenghi Islington are on the lookout for an experienced Shift Manager to join our buzzy restaurant and deli. The role will suit a shift manager / supervisor who wants a full time position with a mix of day and evening shifts.

As Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Islington, you will be:

  • Responding to guests' feedback with empathy and generosity, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety and coordinating the service to ensure shop, floor and kitchen teams work in harmony

  • Excellent guest relations skills

As Shift Manager at Ottolenghi Islington, we will offer you:
