We're looking for an experienced Chef de Partie to join our Soho kitchen team. This is a great opportunity to grow your skills in a dynamic, ingredient-led kitchen with real attention to detail and creativity.
What you'll be doing:
- Take full responsibility for your section, ensuring every dish is delivered to the highest standard
- Support the Head and Sous Chefs with daily service and ongoing menu development
- Work with fresh, seasonal produce in a well-organised, quality-focused environment
- Maintain food hygiene and safety standards at all times
- Be a positive team player, contributing to a supportive and professional kitchen culture
What we’re looking for:
- Experience as a Chef de Partie in a busy, high-quality kitchen
- Passion for cooking and a genuine interest in flavour, technique, and fresh ingredients
- A calm, organised approach and great communication skills
- Someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is ready to learn and grow
