As we prepare to open our newest venue in Richmond, we’re looking for a passionate and skilled Barista to brew exceptional coffee and support our team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of an exciting new opening, work in a collaborative environment, and help us deliver the signature Ottolenghi experience to our guests.

As a Barista at Ottolenghi Richmond, your primary focus will be crafting high-quality coffee for our guests to enjoy alongside our Mediterranean and Middle Eastern-inspired dishes, fresh salads, and delicious cakes. In addition to making coffee, you’ll assist with light bar duties, such as polishing glasses, maintaining a clean workspace, and supporting the shop team to ensure seamless service.

The Ideal Candidate

Has at least 1 year of experience as a Barista, preferably in a busy café or restaurant
Is passionate about coffee, food, and delivering exceptional guest experiences
Possesses excellent guest relations skills and a friendly, welcoming attitude
Is a great team player with strong communication and multitasking abilities
Demonstrates a proactive approach to maintaining high standards and supporting the team
