Located in the heart of Soho, NOPI is one of Ottolenghi’s flagship restaurants, known for bold flavours, creative dishes, and a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
As Chef de Partie at NOPI you will:
- Run a section of the kitchen, delivering high-quality dishes with precision and care.
- Be generous, kind and dedicated — treating colleagues with the same respect as our guests.
- Maintain strong communication across both BOH and FOH teams.
- Support menu development with the Head Chef, showcasing seasonal ingredients and Ottolenghi’s unique style.
- Uphold food hygiene and health & safety regulations, keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well organised.
