ROVI is Ottolenghi's flagship restaurant on Wells Street, celebrating vegetables and live-fire cooking in a way that is entirely our own. Since opening in 2019, ROVI has established itself as one of London's most exciting and progressive dining destinations.

What you’ll do

• Deliver food and drink to guests accurately and promptly.
• Support the floor team by clearing tables, resetting covers, and maintaining the dining space.
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and bar about orders and priorities.
• Maintain a positive, energetic presence throughout service.
• Assist with setting up and breaking down the dining area.
• Support colleagues and contribute to a well-functioning team environment.

What we’re looking for

• Previous experience in a runner, bus person, or front-of-house support role
• A high-energy, willing team player.
• Genuine enthusiasm for hospitality and supporting a team.
