Ottolenghi is a London based restaurant and deli group. We are looking for a Bakery Chef de Partie to join our central production unit to support our bakery team. The central production unit is a tight-knit team of chefs who prepare fresh food products for our venues.

The role is based around day shift- a mix of early mornings and weekends.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assist in preparing doughs, batters, and icings
  • Operate bakery equipment (mixers, ovens, laminators)
  • Maintain product quality and consistency
  • Help manage inventory and keep a clean, organized workspace

What We’re Looking For:

  • Suitable for an experienced Chef de Partie, baking experience is not essential
  • Strong attention to detail and recipe accuracy
  • Ability to perform in a busy kitchen environment
