We are offering a position in our cake section.
The main role of this position is:
- Prepare a range of products, including fondant cake, carrot cake, brownies, almond cream, pastry cream, crumble and tarts.
- Able to prepare high volumes ensuring consistency and high quality standards.
- Maintain hygiene and health and safety legislation/guidelines at all times
- Constant check of stock
- Approachable and always happy to learn new products

Key attributes:
- Will report to Head of Bakery Production and CPU Manager
- At least 1 year of experience in pastry
- Availability to work 5 days/week
- Ability to monitor quality control, time management and staff welfare
- Clean driver’s license beneficial
- Strong understanding of food and health safety
- Aptitude in problem solving
