Ottolenghi Islington celebrates unrushed, seasonal flavours. This is one of our original restaurants and deli’s based in stylish Islington and we are now looking for a talented and skilful Pastry Sous to join our friendly team.
As Pastry Sous Chef at Ottolenghi Islington, you will be:
· Generous, kind and dedicated. At Ottolenghi Islington, we treat each other as we do our guests
· A Pastry Chef that has a passion for cake and pastries, and a strong track record of delivering high- quality food
· Leading and managing the Pastry team, in the absence of the Head Pastry Chef, ensuring a high quality of pastry products preparation and presentation
· Continuously assessing and improving kitchen processes to enhance efficiency and quality
· Managing food costs, including stock takes to ensure profitability and budget targets are met
