Ottolenghi Islington are on the lookout for an experienced Shop Manager to join our buzzy restaurant and deli. The role will suit a shift manager / supervisor who wants a full time position with a mix of day and evening shifts.

As Shop Manager at Ottolenghi Islington, you will be:

Training and motivating your team
Responding to guests' feedback with empathy and generosity, maintaining high standards of quality control, hygiene, health & safety and coordinating the service to ensure shop, floor and kitchen teams work in harmony
Passionate about the restaurant industry and knowledgeable about food and wine
Excellent guest relations skills

As Shop Manager at Ottolenghi Islington, we will offer you:
