Join Ottolenghi’s Central Production Unit and kickstart your career in professional baking! We’re looking for a motivated Junior Baker to support the preparation, baking, and finishing of high-quality products for our restaurants while learning from an experienced team.
What you’ll do:
- Prepare doughs, batters, fillings, and icings according to our recipes
- Operate bakery equipment, including mixers, ovens, and laminators
- Ensure consistency and quality across large production batches
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe workstation
- Support inventory management and smooth team workflow
What we’re looking for:
- Interest in baking and a willingness to learn
- Attention to detail and ability to follow recipes accurately
- Organised, flexible, and able to work in a fast-paced production kitchen
- Team player with good communication skills
Working hours:
- You will work 5 shifts per week within our 7-day operating schedule
