Ottolenghi is a celebrated group of restaurants and delis known for its vibrant, seasonal dishes and exceptional hospitality. As we prepare to open our newest venue in Richmond, we’re looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Pastry Chef de Partie to join our team.
This is an exciting opportunity to work in a brand-new kitchen, create delicious pastries and desserts, and contribute to delivering the signature Ottolenghi experience in a brand new fresh environment.
The ideal candidate will be:
- A passionate and skilled pastry chef with experience in a professional kitchen, ideally in a fine-dining or pastry-focused role
- Experienced in creating a range of pastries, cakes, and desserts with an eye for creativity, seasonality, and presentation
- Capable of taking ownership of your pastry section, ensuring that every dessert is produced to the highest standard
- Familiar with all aspects of pastry production, from prep through to service
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while maintaining consistency and attention to detail
- Eager to learn, develop, and work as part of a supportive, talented team
- Enthusiastic about embracing Ottolenghi’s ethos and contributing to our vibrant kitchen culture
