NOPI celebrates global flavours. Our dishes are constantly changing, guided by the seasons and the creativity of our chefs, and we are now seeking a talented and ambitious Chef de Partie to join our dynamic kitchen team.
The ideal Chef de Partie at NOPI will:
- Generous, kind and dedicated. At NOPI, we treat each other as we do our guests
- Have a passion for food and will run a section in the kitchen, delivering high quality dishes
- Maintain and facilitate good communication between both BOH and FOH
- Be able to develop and design menus with the Head Chef that reflect Ottolenghi’s concept and values, incorporating seasonal ingredients
- Continue to support the Head Chef and Sous Chef ensuring compliance with food hygiene and health and safety regulations. Maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
