We’re looking for a General Manager to take the lead and ensure that every service runs as smoothly as it should.

Role & Responsibilities:

Lead a passionate team, fostering a collaborative and supportive culture
Ensure every guest experiences warm, seamless hospitality from start to finish.
Oversee daily operations, from front-of-house to back-of-house, maintaining Ottolenghi’s high standards
Drive financial success through careful planning, waste control, and sales growth
Collaborate on seasonal menu and campaign launches, ensuring every detail reflects our brand
Manage recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing training, nurturing your team’s growth
Monitor and improve processes, from table planning to health and safety compliance

The ideal candidate:

Proven experience as a General Manager or similar leadership role in a premium hospitality environment
A genuine passion for hospitality and exceptional guest experiences
Financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation
Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to inspire and empower your team
A love for food, especially Ottolenghi’s inventive, vegetarian approach
Impeccable attention to detail and a commitment to excellence
