Ottolenghi is admired for its innovative food and commitment to excellence. Our Fitzrovia restaurant, ROVI, is seeking a talented Pastry Chef de Partie to join our pastry team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled and ambitious pastry chef to take ownership of a section, contribute creativity, and grow within a supportive and inspiring kitchen environment.

As a Pastry Chef de Partie at ROVI, you will:

  • Prepare, bake, and present pastries and desserts to Ottolenghi’s high standards.
  • Take responsibility for running a section of the pastry kitchen with efficiency and consistency.
  • Collaborate closely with the Head Pastry Chef and wider team on menu development and seasonal innovation.
  • Help train and support junior chefs, sharing knowledge and fostering growth.
  • Maintain an organised and hygienic workspace, following food safety standards at all times.
  • Contribute to stock control and minimise food waste.

The ideal Pastry Chef de Partie will be:

  • Experienced in a professional pastry kitchen, ideally at CDP level.
  • Passionate about pastry, flavour, and presentation, with an eye for detail.
  • Reliable, organised, and able to perform under pressure.
  • A strong team player with a positive, collaborative attitude.
  • Enthusiastic about learning, innovation, and developing new skills.
