As a Waiter/Waitress at Ottolenghi Spitalfields, you will:

Deliver warm, attentive, and professional service to every guest.
Guide customers through the menu, offering recommendations and sharing knowledge about our food and drinks.
Ensure tables are set, clean, and beautifully presented at all times.
Take accurate orders and coordinate with the kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
Anticipate guest needs and respond quickly to requests.
Support colleagues during busy service periods to ensure smooth operations.

The ideal Waiter/Waitress will be:

Passionate about food, hospitality, and creating memorable dining experiences.
A natural communicator with a warm and engaging personality.
Experienced in restaurants or hospitality, ideally in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.
Calm under pressure, with strong multitasking skills.
