This role is all about crafting a seamless digital experience, from optimising our webstore and driving email campaigns to ensuring every pixel reflects the Ottolenghi brand. You’ll be at the heart of our digital transformation, turning data insights into actions that delight our customers and drive results.
The ideal candidate:
- 3+ years in digital marketing, ideally within food, hospitality, or luxury industries
- Proficiency with Shopify and Klaviyo for email creation and customer journey management
- Skilled in analysing data and building customer segments in Klaviyo
- Experience with Google Analytics and deriving actionable insights from data
- Familiarity with working alongside agency partners on web development projects and PPC campaigns
- Passion for website optimisation and creating best-in-class customer experiences in line with the Ottolenghi brand
- Comfortable in a small team, yet autonomous and happy to take full responsibility when needed
- Excellent attention to detail
- Organised, with the ability to self-manage and meet deadlines
- Creative, collaborative, and proactive
