Ottolenghi is a celebrated collection of Middle Eastern and Mediterranean-inspired restaurants, with nine locations across London and Oxford. At the heart of Soho, NOPI is our chic, vibrant all-day dining destination — elegant yet relaxed, with bold flavours and a buzzing atmosphere.


We’re looking for a warm and professional part time Restaurant Host to join our NOPI team and be the first point of contact for our guests during dinner service.


As a Restaurant Host at NOPI, you will:

  • Welcome and seat guests with warmth and professionalism, setting the tone for their dining experience
  • Ensuring smooth guest flow and clear communication
  • Work closely with shift manager/management and front-of-house teams to ensure seamless service
  • Deliver exceptional hospitality, exceeding guest expectations every time
  • Maintaining a clean and organised reception area

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Experience in this role or reception role and environment
  • Excellent communication skills and good spoken/written English
  • A positive attitude, friendly, professional appearance and can-do attitude
  • A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Be a team-player
  • Previous knowledge of SEVEN ROOMS system is a plus
