As a Commis Chef at NOPI you will:
- Support your section and the wider kitchen team in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes.
- Be generous, kind and dedicated — treating colleagues with the same respect as our guests.
- Maintain strong communication across both BOH and FOH teams.
- Learn and develop new skills under the guidance of senior chefs, gaining hands-on experience with Ottolenghi’s seasonal and creative style.
- Uphold food hygiene and health & safety regulations, keeping the kitchen clean, safe, and well organised.
