As Pastry Chef de Partie at ROVI, you will be:

Working alongside our talented pastry team to prepare and execute a diverse range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Contributing to menu development, ensuring that our offerings are of the highest quality and exceed our guests' expectations
Preparing and producing a variety of pastries, desserts, and baked goods according to Ottolenghi's standards and recipes
Adhering to all food safety and sanitation guidelines, maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene at all times
