Ottolenghi began in a small deli on Notting Hill's Ledbury Road in 2002. From there, we've developed a style of cooking and hospitality rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, that also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world. Our commitment to the championing of vegetables & unusual ingredients, has led to what some call The Ottolenghi effect- a shorthand for the creation of a meal full of colour, flavour and joy. Over 20 years, we have become a proud family of delis and restaurants where you’ll find vibrant food, low intervention wines, and warm hospitality.

ROVI, part of the Ottolenghi family of restaurants, is looking for a dynamic and friendly Restaurant Receptionist to join our team in London. If you thrive in a vibrant environment, have excellent communication skills, and are excited about the world of food, we want to hear from you!As a Restaurant Receptionist at ROVI, you will:<ul><li>Greet and welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude at ROVI</li><li>Manage reservations, seating arrangements, and maintain smooth restaurant operations</li><li>Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries about menus, bookings, and events</li><li>Coordinate with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service</li><li>Handle customer feedback and ensure guest satisfaction at all times</li></ul>What we are looking for:<ul><li>Previous experience as a restaurant receptionist, host/hostess, or similar role in hospitality</li><li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills</li><li>Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment</li><li>Proficiency with reservation systems (Seven Rooms) is a plus</li><li>A passion for ROVI's food culture and a love for customer service</li></ul>What we offer:<ul><li>Health benefits package</li><li>English language training (Basic, Intermediate and Business Levels)</li><li>Enhanced Maternity, Adoption, Surrogacy or Primary Care Giver Parent Pay and Paternity Pay after 2 years service</li><li>£100 uniform voucher</li><li>A birthday treat</li><li>Refer a friend scheme, £500 each</li><li>Monthly cooking demos and food, wine and cocktail workshops in the Ottolenghi Test Kitchen</li><li>Opportunity to develop your career, with a strong learning culture and internal progression</li></ul>If this sounds like you then please apply!
