From there, we've developed a style of cooking and hospitality rooted in Middle Eastern and Mediterranean traditions, that also draws in diverse influences and ingredients from around the world. Our commitment to the championing of vegetables & unusual ingredients, has led to what some call The Ottolenghi effect- a shorthand for the creation of a meal full of colour, flavour and joy. NOPI is part of the renowned Ottolenghi group—a restaurant where bold flavours, vibrant vegetables, and creative dishes take centre stage. We are known for our energetic service, striking design, and a menu that fuses Middle Eastern and Mediterranean inspiration with seasonal British ingredients.We’re now looking for a Head Chef to lead our passionate and talented kitchen team at NOPI. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the food offering at one of our flagship restaurants, inspire the next generation of Ottolenghi chefs, and work closely with our Test Kitchen team on menu development and innovation.
